Young and Old turned up on Christmas Eve at Lansdowne Rd for the Presidents Drink.
Bobby Brophy as the oldest living Past President in accordance with tradition proposed the toast of Wanderers Football Club.
He then went to comment on the possibility of the Wanderers Pavilion being demolished .Finishing up with a fine rendition of "we'll meet again dont know where dont know when but i know we'll meet again some sunny day."
Bobby went on to introduce the President his name sake Kevin Brophy and assured the members that he had to come from good stock with a name like Brophy.
Bobby complimented the President on his year to date and assured the members that he was the best President the club has had this year.
Kevin responded by wishing all the members a Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year and treated the members to a seasonal drink and mince pies.
Kevin went on to present Bobby with a Print of the Club House at Lansdowne Rd (see photo attached.)
