Wanderers Win Close Encounter against Belvedere to reach Fox Cup Final.
Wanderers 11 Old Belvedere 10

Not a game for the faint hearted. Both Clubs wanted this match very much and Old Belvedere most certainly made us earn every point. However Wanderers players set an example to all by proving that matches can be won when all other things are equal by PURE SPIRIT AND COMMITMENT. It would be impossible to single out any of the 18 players who played for special mention, however at 10 .3 down with ten minutes left a try well worked by our forwards and a penalty by Bradley ensured us a place in the Final to be played on the 6th May at Donnybrook.
