CONTACT DETAILS FOR AGE GRADE COACHES
For more specific information about the particular age group you are interested in please contact the contact person for that age grade as indicated above. You will also find details in relation to Subscriptions, documentation and club kit below.
Player annual subscriptions are €110 for the first child in each family, €90 for the second child in each family, €70 for the third child, and subsequent children, in each family. With the season lasting approx. 32 weeks the standard subscription level equates to a cost of just under €3.50 per week, which we hope you will agree is excellent value for the enjoyment the children are getting. Please note subscriptions should be handed in along with club information forms to the main contact for the relevant age group.
To pay annual subscriptions for the 2013/2014 season please go to the online subscriptions section of this website click here. Annual subscriptions must be paid before the end of September 2013. Players will not be permitted to play beyond the end of September if their subscription has not been paid.
A completed Parent/Guardian consent form must also be completed and returned to your coach/manager before the end of September. Players will not be permitted to play beyond the end of September if a completed copy of this form has not been returned to their coach/manager. Click here to download a copy of the Parent/Guardian Consent Form.
It is very important that all the relevant documentation for each player is properly filled out. If your child is not already registered with the IRFU you will need to bring down a copy of their birth certificate and 3 signed passport photographs, along with a completed copy of the IRFU Player Registration Form. Click here to download a copy of the IRFU Player Registration Form. If you are unsure as to whether or not your child is already registered with the IRFU please check with your coach/manager.
Parents and players are also asked to familiarise themselves with the Parents’ Charter/Club Rules; and the IRFU Mini & Youth Rugby Regulations. These two documents can be found on the Mini & Youth Rugby Documentation page of this website click here.
Club kit (jerseys, shorts, socks etc.) will be available from the shop downstairs in the clubhouse each Sunday morning during the course of the season.
To ensure the continued success of the mini and youth set up at the club it is important that we continue to get new players to join the club. As such we would ask you to try and encourage friends of your children to come down and try out mini rugby.
WE WANT YOU TO GET MORE INVOLVED
We are always in need of additional people to get involved in our club. We have excellent facilities in a location that is second to none. We would encourage you and your family to make the most of the facilities that the club has to offer, and we would ask you to consider getting more involved in the club. Let you manager/coach know if you would be willing to coach, manage a team, help with fundraising or act as a parent liaison officer.
Players must turn up for training and matches with the proper kit and protection.
No gum shield No rugby.
We look forward to welcoming you and your children to the club, and we hope that they continue to enjoy their time at the club
